My book project is titled “Japan: Tradition and The Modern Life” and it is about photographing old traditions and modern life, temples vs. skyscrapers, gardens vs. bustling city streets in today’s Japan. Exploring how tradition in modern day Japanese life is not history, rather it is an integral part of modern life. In short, it is modern Japan.
